Gresso announced the launch of a new luxury handset for its customers, called the Cruiser Titanium; the world’s first polished Titanium phone.

“The handset is executed in a classic single-piece form. The solid and light metal creates a distinct look of the model. It doesn’t require additional coatings and is absolutely hypoallergenic. Titanium has low thermal conductivity, that why the metal feels ‘warm’ in hand, adding the incredible tactile qualities.” the company said. “Round key buttons are executed from steel. Each of 21 keys are hand-polished with precision, which gives them a perfect matt gloss.”

The phone measures 121 x 46 x 12 mm and weighs 106 grams, runs the Symbian S40 operating system; featuring Bluetooth 2.0, EDGE, a 2-inch display with a 240 x 320 resolution, 30MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, a 2-megapixel camera and a Li-ion 860 mAh battery, that can deliver up to 5.4 hours of talk time. Limited to just 555 examples, the phone costs $2,500 (around €1,850) and is available to order right now.
