Designed by Mark Newson, the Ikepod Hourglass has a little more up its sleeves than its mesmerizing design. The container measures 265mm x 300mm x 3mm and the sand you see inside is not ordinary sand, but carbon nanoballs. An amazing creation, it is truly a class apart. The piece debuted at Baselworld in Switzerland.
