Bulgari Hotels and Resorts has inked a deal with Dubai-based real estate developer Meraas Holding to build a new hotel in Dubai. Designed by Italian architectural firm, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners the new residence will be spread over 1.7 million square feet.
“We are delighted to launch this visionary project that will convey Bulgari’s core values of contemporary design, magnificent craftsmanship and artistic detail,” said Bulgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin.
The Bulgari Hotel will comprise 100 rooms and suites, as well as 20 hotel villas, all accompanied by a full range of luxury hotel facilities. This will be the fifth Bulgari hotel after the ones in Milan, London, Bali and Shanghai, and is expected to be opened in 2018.
