
432 Park Avenue is a supertall residential skyscraper located in the heart of New York City, offering breathtaking views of Central Park, Lower Manhattan, and even the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by Rafael Viñoly and developed by CIM Group and Macklowe Properties, the tower is set to become the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere, standing at 1,396 feet (425.5 meters). The interiors, designed by celebrated architect Deborah Berke, exude elegance and sophistication. Although the building is scheduled for completion in 2015, units are already available for purchase.
