It boasts a reversible case adorned with a guilloché hobnail pattern and is protected against humidity and dust (note: it is not water-resistant).
The one-of-a-kind Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime is truly a masterpiece, featuring 20 complications and powered by the manually wound mechanical movement Caliber 300 GS AL 36-750 QIS FUS IRM.
“Breaking records is obviously a source of pride and happiness. What a beautiful moment and emotion shared together! And what matters most today is the difference we are going to be able to make in research against muscular dystrophies and for hundreds of thousands of patients and families around the world for their lives to get better.” – Luc Pettavino, founder of ONLY WATCH and president of the Association Monégasque contre les Myopathies.
The auction raised over $38 million through the sale of 50 timepieces, with proceeds benefiting the Monaco Association Against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (Association Monégasque contre les Myopathies, AMM).
