Porsche has finally revealed full details and pictures of the ferociously Panamera Turbo S. The “Turbo S” in the name promises superior power development and a high level of efficiency. The 4.8-litre, V8 twin-turbocharged engine delivers 550 hp (410 kW), an increase of ten per cent or 50 hp (37 kW) more than the Panamera Turbo. Set to go on sale in the U.S. later this spring, starting at $173,200. More pics after the jump.
