After the Cygnet x Colette project, Aston Martin decided to give its city car a gold treatment at the Gaydon headquarters in the UK. “Following on from our chrome wrapped V8 Vantage we decided to give the Aston Martin Cygnet the same treatment.” Here is the catch. Aston would only sell you a Cygnet if you already owned one of its bigger cars. It worked less like a model and more like a reward for loyalty.
