German tuning specialist Brabus has revealed its latest high-performance SUV dubbed the Brabus B63-620 Widestar. Powered by a 5.5-liter Biturbo V8 engine producing 456.3 kW / 620 hp (611 bhp) of power, this monster accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.7 seconds and reaches an electronically limited top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph). A “Coming Home” mode dampens the sound as you get closer to home. The Brabus B63-620 Widestar visual upgrades includes muscular fender flares front and back, high-tech forged wheels with a diameter of 23 inches, available in three popular designs: Monoblock E evo, F and R, a striking front with large air inlets. Interior revisions include leather and Alcantara hand-stitched seats. Brabus isn’t discussing pricing or availability, but expect it to cost significantly more than any other GL-Class SUV.
