This impressive ride is the work of French custom bike builder Ludovic Lazareth. Based on a BMW R1200R, this custom creation is the latest vehicle to roll out of the Annecy-le-Vieux workshop, commissioned by a French client who wanted a “neo-retro scrambler.” The BMW 1200R by Lazareth “kept only the engine and the Paralever suspension at the rear” but features extensively revised styling, tubular chassis was upgraded and the front suspension was replaced by Yamaha YZF-R6 sportbike forks, widened to accommodate the Continental Twinduro tires. We think it looks superb!! Check out the Lazareth website for more images of this build.
