So Lamborghini did something cool. They took their Super Trofeo race car and made it street legal. The result is the LP 570-4 Squadra Corse and yes, you can actually drive this thing home. Same 562bhp V10 as the race car. Same robotized e-gear box with paddles. Basically they took the weekend toy and said go ahead, drive it to the store.
Now the numbers. 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds. Zero to 124 in 10.4. Top speed just shy of 200 mph. The body is aluminum and carbon fiber because every kilogram matters at this level. You knew that already though.
It debuts at Frankfurt in September. Bet the crowd goes quiet when it rolls out. They always do..
