Jay-Z has teamed up with Barneys for “A New York Holiday,” an annual holiday collection celebrating the city’s style. The event showcases a curated selection of designs from powerhouse labels including Balenciaga, Balmain, Rick Owens, Acne Studios, and Proenza Schouler. Standing out as the crown jewel of the collection is a limited-edition timepiece designed by Jay-Z himself in partnership with Hublot.
The Shawn Carter by Hublot Classic Fusion features a striking custom logo cut directly into the dial. While it brings a unique aesthetic, it retains the high-performance technical specs of the standard Classic Fusion, including a 90-hour power reserve and water resistance up to 50 meters.
Collectors can choose between two exclusive versions: a sleek black ceramic model limited to 250 pieces (priced at $17,900) and an opulent yellow gold version limited to only 100 pieces (priced at $33,900). The collection officially launched on November 20, 2013.
