MINI is giving us a preview of the upcoming John Cooper Works ahead of its public debut at the North American International Auto Show 2014 (NAIAS) in Detroit. Based on the latest-generation Mini, the JCW Concept features exclusive Bright Highways Grey paint with contrasting red accents, newly designed 18-inch light-alloy wheels, and an upgraded aero kit. Other details include LED headlamps, a black grille frame, side skirts, and a spoiler mounted on the hood. Powertrain details haven’t been released, but it will likely use a tuned version of the 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the new Cooper S.
