This custom Ducati 999VX has been restyled from a 2003 ducati 999s testastretta, coppa bassa by Venier Customs. Commissioned by photographer Riccardo Vimercati, who wanted to convert his race bike for road use, this head turner is featuring STM EVO clutch, electronic speeds, Rapid Bike powertrain unit control and Discacciati front brake. Some things remains unchanged.“We tried to redesign the tank, but it was impossible to improve on the Pierre Terblanche design,” Venier reports. “To my eyes, it’s one of the best tanks ever created.” The 150-hp bike also boasts Termignoni Corse headers, Zard Mufflers, mesh side panels and Ducati 1000GT wheels.
