Long Island, a non-developed, 4,600-acre private island situated between James Island and Folly Beach in Charleston County, is listed for sale with a $29 million price tag. Long Island is made up of a series of smaller islands and currently can only be reached by boat. The private island is marketed as an outdoors paradise for fly fishing, wildlife viewing, kayaking and paddle-boarding; and includes also an archaeological site with Civil War artifacts, as well as about 147 acres of high ground for potential development.
