A last goodbye to the iconic off-roader – London-based firm Overfinch has created a limited-edition model to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary and the end of the line for the Defender model. The special edition Defender gets an Overfinch bonnet and grille, with LED daytime running lights , 18-inch alloy wheels , door handles and fuel cap specially machined in aluminium.
“This special edition vehicle offers owners the chance to own a piece of exclusive Overfinch and Defender history.” says Overfinch Chairman, Kevin Sloane. “The Defender is arguably the world’s most famous car and Overfinch is the global leader in Land Rover enhancements, so it is fitting that the original Land Rover marks our 40th anniversary.”
Unfortunately, Overfinch will only make five examples of this limited edition, and each will be priced at over £70,000 (appox. $100,753 USD) at current exchange rates.
