The famous British street artist Banksy has opened a hotel in the West Bank city of Bethlehem. It currently has ten rooms, “one presidential suite” and nine unique rooms, as well an art gallery decorated in the trademark satirical work of the mysterious artist. Here’s a look inside the artist’s controversial new hotel:
The Walled Off Hotel has a direct sight line to the Israel-Palestine security barrier. “It has the worst view of any hotel in the world,” Banksy said in a statement.
The hotel will officially open on March 11, with beds starting from $30/night.
