Japanese car designer Ken Okuyama unveiled a breathtaking one-off supercar called the Kode 0, pronounced ‘Kode Zero,’ at The Quail Motor Sport Gathering. Inspired by dream cars of the ’70s, this Lamborghini Aventador-based car is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine that develops 700 PS (515 kW). It features full carbon fiber bodywork, vertically-mounted LED headlights, green-painted cooling fans, Novitec NL3 forged rims, and a triangular, quad-exhaust tailpipe design. Looks special, doesn’t it?
Performance figures aren’t yet available, but the Kode0 should be as quick as the Aventador, 2.9 seconds to 100 km/h (62 mph).
While it’s not just a concept, but a real, working vehicle, there are no plans for a production version.
