German builder Apollo presents a new hypercar, Apollo Intensa Emozione, which you can probably guess translates to “intense emotion.”
Built from carbon fiber in Italy, by Manifattura Automobili Torino, the entire chassis, including the monocoque, front and rear subframes has a total weight of a mere 105kg.
Under the hood is an old school 6.3-litre naturally-aspirated V12 with 580kW and 760Nm of torque paired with a sequential gearbox, capable of 0-62mph in 2.7 seconds, and a top speed of 208mph.
“We felt that all the technological advancement and automation in today’s supercars took away the pure, raw emotional connection between driver and car,” said Apollo’s founder Norman Choi.
Limited to ten bespoke units is priced at a tasty €2.3 million, or $2.72 million at current exchange rates.
