A stunning 1991 Porsche 911 “Malibu” reimagined by Singer in 2016 with just 1,343 miles is offered through RM Sotheby’s private sales. Dubbed the “Malibu” the build no. 71 comes painted a vibrant shade of aqua blue called Mintarrini, complemented by Fuchs-style wheels, Öhlins adjustable suspension, large-size steel Brembo brakes and a lightweight carbon-fiber roof.
Power comes from unrestricted 4.0-liter flat six-cylinder engine built by Ed Pink Racing Engines, mated to a six-speed manual transmission, producing 390 bhp at a redline of 7,200 rpm and 315 foot-pounds of torque. According to Singer, this beauty can sprint to 60 mph from a standstill in less than 3.3 seconds, leading to 100 mph in just 8.2 seconds.
At the interior “Malibu” comes with four-way Recaro Sport seats trimmed in Tan leather with Alabaster stitching beneath the Ivory headliner, air-conditioning, upgraded Becker stereo with iPod connect, and subwoofer.
