American musician Kendrick Lamar has had a remarkable year, marked by five Grammy wins stemming from his feud with Drake and a groundbreaking Super Bowl halftime show. Now, adding to his accolades, he has also been named an official ambassador for Chanel. In the newly unveiled Spring 2025 eyewear campaign, captured by Karim Sadli, Kendrick Lamar joins fellow Chanel ambassadors Lupita Nyong’o, Margaret Qualley, and Nana Komatsu, striking a pose in the house’s iconic double-C shades.
“Chanel has a timeless legacy and that is always something I can get behind,” Lamar said in a press statement. “Since they don’t make clothes for men, I knew it would have to be glasses.”

Blending timeless silhouettes with meticulously crafted hardware, the collection offers sunglasses and opticals in Butterfly, Cat Eye, Rectangle, and Oval shapes, finished in versatile neutral tones designed to elevate every look.

The Spring-Summer 2025 eyewear collection is currently offered online at Chanel.com and in boutiques.
