PichiAvo: Spain’s Masters of Urban Art Fusion

In the glow of city lights, PichiAvo emerge as fusion artists, marrying vibrant paints to sculpted forms in harmonious rebellion. Their secret? A tender equilibrium of classical whispers and contemporary street roars, alive and breathing. Rejecting the solitude of single creators, they fused early on, birthing a collective voice that echoes through alleys and ateliers alike—a raw, street-born saga.

They emerged from Fine Arts and Design realms, serendipitously entwined in Valencia’s graffiti symphony, birthing PichiAvo in 2007. They shaped shared realms, chasing a singular aesthetic with relentless curiosity. As restless painters, they honed technique in the crucible of practice, then let fate take the lead—where graffiti’s raw pulse braided itself into the elegance of the classical. Fluid creators, they span streets and studios in painting, sculpture, and installations— a whirlwind of materials and expressive strokes.

Back in 2015, PichiAvo painted their first huge mural at Belgium’s North West Walls Festival, thanks to an invite from artist Arne Quinze. That moment kicked off their journey around the world. They’ve since lit up legendary spots like Miami’s Wynwood Walls (2015) and Hard Rock Stadium (2016), plus New York’s Houston‑Bowery Wall (2017)—where they made history as the first Europeans. In 2019 they built a colossal 26‑meter sculpture for Valencia’s Fallas, opened their first major public show, and joined Portugal’s Vhils to paint Porto’s world‑second‑largest mural. 2020 brought a new Valencia studio; 2024 saw them create indoor and outdoor pieces for the Paris Olympics, true to their street‑and‑studio roots. That October, they shared Our Odyssey, their first book tracing their creative path and unique style.

On the horizon shimmer two bold visions: “Per Ofrenar” (“To Make an Offering”), a fiery tribute for Spain’s Fallas in Valencia (March 15–19, 2026), and the majestic Mural of Athena gracing Athens, Greece (April 10–19, 2026).
