Darren Romanelli, founder of the acclaimed fashion brand Dr. Romanelli (DRx), has partnered with Bamford Watch Department to create a playful yet luxurious series of custom Rolexes. The collaboration features the Beetle Bailey Submariner and the Popeye the Sailor Yacht-Master.
Each timepiece integrates its respective animated character onto the dial and is paired with custom metal and canvas straps. To ensure authenticity and exclusivity, the case backs are engraved with the Dr. Romanelli logo and a unique edition number.
Titled the “Army vs. Navy Watch Collection,” these limited pieces are available at select global retailers, including Just One Eye (LA), The Webster (Miami), Colette (Paris), Dover Street Market (London and Tokyo), Lane Crawford and Exit (Hong Kong), and E-Collezione (Singapore).
