Noma is moving to Sydney

noma Restaurant in Copenhagen - Main Entrance
Living In Sydney? We have some good news for food lovers, Noma co-founder and chef René Redzepi announced that is relocating temporarily his iconic restaurant Noma from Denmark to Sydney’s Barangaroo district.
“Australia has always drawn me in; its great cities, its generous people, and of course its ever-present sun. But what really boggles my mind is the differences you find in its landscapes and ingredients, because honestly I have never seen anything like it.” wrote on the site Danish chef René Redzepi.

The restaurant will open in January 2016, and bookings will open later this year. Check out below some pictures of sea creatures, the Danish chef Rene Redzepi has shared on his Instagram.
