BMW Films is back, and they mean business this time. Their newest drop, “The Escape,” is basically a 10-minute adrenaline shot: part thriller, part car chase, and all Clive Owen doing what he does best. They roped in Dakota Fanning and Jon Bernthal too, which is a solid lineup.
Look, the acting’s fine, but we all know why we’re really here. That 540i M Sport is absolutely carrying this film. Having Blomkamp behind the camera (District 9, obviously) means every shot just hits harder. It’s raw, it’s noisy, and by the end you’ll be checking your bank account to see if you can swing a BMW payment.
By the end, you’ll want to grab your keys and go for a drive.
