The iconic red and black leather jacket worn by the King of Pop in the “Thriller” music video is heading to the auction block. The piece will be featured at the Music Icons auction on June 25 and 26 at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills.
Estimated to fetch between $200,000 and $400,000, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Shambala Preserve. The preserve has been the home of Michael Jackson’s two Bengal tigers, Thriller and Sabu, since Jackson departed Neverland Ranch in 2006.
