Ford has unveiled comprehensive specifications and images of the updated 2013 Shelby GT500. Here are the details: the 2013 Ford Shelby GT500 boasts a 5.8-liter aluminum-block V8 engine producing 650 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. It features a six-speed manual transmission capable of achieving speeds exceeding 200 mph. Beyond engine enhancements, upgrades include improvements to brakes, gearbox, suspension, and aerodynamics.
