Danish high-end sound system manufacturers Bang & Olufsen introduced a new iPad dock for audiophiles, the BeoPlay A3. Made of polycarbonate ABS plastic with aluminium frame, measuring 14.2 by 8.3 by 2.8 inches (36 x 21 x 7 cm), the ‘beoplay A3’ weighs 2.8 pounds (1.25 kg) and has a five hour battery life. Beoplay A3 will also be able to sense the orientation of your iPad and will activate the relevant speakers accordingly whether stood horizontally or vertically. The B&O Beoplay A3 will be available in black for $730, and a white version is planned for later in the year.
