British car maker Aston Martin and Swiss luxury watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrated their eight-year partnership with the presentation of the AMVOX7, the first vertical-trigger chronograph equipped with a power-reserve display. Developed by the Manufacture from the Vallée de Joux, the AMVOX7 features design elements seen on the latest Aston Martin models. Water resistant to 50 metres, the case is crafted in grade 5 titanium, measures 44mm x 15.6mm, and features polished and satin-brushed surfaces. An AR-coated sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the caseback is engraved with the Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin logos. Inside the AMVOX7 is the Jaeger-LeCoultre mechanical automatic Calibre 756 with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and a 65-hour power reserve. Launching in December 2012 or January 2013, this sporty timepiece carries a price of $26,000 USD.
