B&O PLAY has announced the launch of two new premium headphone models: the B&O PLAY H6 and B&O PLAY H3, created in exclusive collaboration with renowned Danish industrial designer Jakob Wagner. These headphones reflect the brand’s commitment to combining exceptional sound quality with elegant, timeless design.
“At B&O PLAY, we love music and want to make it possible for our users to enjoy it wherever they are. B&O PLAY offers the opportunity to experience music in a convenient and easy way, with outstanding high sound quality and a unique design. No loud colors here—just style and substance,” said Henrik Taudorf Lorensen, VP of B&O PLAY.
The BeoPlay H3 features a custom-designed 10.8 mm driver and a 20 Hz to 16 kHz frequency range. It comes in three color options: black with silvery brushed aluminum, black with copper-red anodized aluminum, and all-black. The over-ear B&O PLAY H6 features 40 mm drivers, a wider 20 Hz to 22 kHz frequency range, and comes in silvery aluminum with beige leatherette, or black. The H3 and H6 are priced at €249 (approximately $326) and €399 (approximately $522), respectively, and will arrive in stores in May 2013.
