Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG has been revealed ahead of its official public unveiling at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 20. Powering the S65 AMG is a twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre V12 engine with , 463 kW (630 hp) of output and 1000 Newton meters of torque. Matched to the engine is AMG’s Speedshift Plus 7G-Tronic seven-speed automatic gearbox, which has three driving modes including Sport and Manual; which can be selected at the press of a button in the centre console . Needless to say, acceleration in the new S65 AMG is brutal, the S 65 AMG accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h (electronically limited). For the first time, the S 65 AMG is available exclusively with AMG forged light-alloy wheels with a high-gloss finish. On the inside, exclusivity and luxury, combined with emphatically sporty design elements.
