The Ferrari 250 GTO is one of the greatest cars of all time. This 1962 model is currently for sale in Germany, priced at €47.6 million, approximately $63.93 million, and could become the world’s most expensive car. Initially created to compete in the FIA’s Group 3 Grand Touring Car category, this beauty was developed by Giotto Bizzarrini and styled by Sergio Scaglietti. Ferrari made only 39 examples of the 250 GTO between 1962 and 1964. The car sports the familiar combination of a red body and blue interior, and features a 3.0-litre V12 engine delivering 221 kW (300 PS). It’s only a matter of time before the $100 million barrier is breached for this car.
