Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin unveiled Jazz Minute Repeater, a minute repeater with Jaquemarts with chiming hours, quarters and minutes, and two chime tones. Featuring a 42mm platinum case, it has an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 30 meters. Inside is the the Swiss manual-wind Ulysse Nardin in-house caliber UN-74 movement, with a power reserve of 36 hours. For the Jazz Minute Repeater, the artist applied 18-carat gold “musicians” to a genuine black onyx dial. The novelty comes on a black leather strap with platinum folding buckle. The watch will be manufactured in a limited edition of only 18 pieces. No word on price. TBA
