Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot proudly welcomed supermodel Bar Refaeli as its inaugural female ambassador, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s history.
“She already bought a few Hublots and we met her in Brazil [during the FIFA World Cup, of which Hublot was the official timekeeper], so finally we made an agreement that on the first of January she will be another celeb ambassador for us. She’s the first female and represents an additional direction for us.” – Jean-Claude Biver, chairman of LVMH Watches, told to WWD.
The Israeli model and actress previously represented Piaget watches in 2012. Hublot’s women’s range already included pieces like the Big Bang Caviar Lady 305, a 41mm watch with 36 topazes on the bezel, sold only at its Bal Harbour boutique in Miami.
