British racing carmaker Lotus unveiled a lighter, faster and heavily updated 400hp Evora – the fastest car ever produced by Lotus. At the exterior front and rear ends have been redesigned to make it look meaner and give it some aerodynamic edge. Under the hood the new Lotus Evora 400 comes with a completely re-engineered supercharged and charge-cooled mid-mounted 3.5-litre V6 engine producing 400 horsepower and 410 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The Lotus Evora 400 is expected to make its official debut at the Geneva motor show and on sale from August. The big question is how much it will cost, no word on price yet. TBA
