Pre-Basel 2016 – Luxury watch maker Bell & Ross introduced their newest military-inspired collection, the Desert Type. The first timepiece , the Bell & Ross BR 03-94 Desert Type Chronograph is housed in a matte black ceramic case measuring 42mm, it has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 100 meters. It is powered by the Swiss automatic Bell & Ross (base ETA) caliber 301 with 37 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 42 hours. Completing the ensemble is a beige calfskin leather strap or a black synthetic fabric with a black PVD buckle.
The second timepiece, Bell & Ross BR 03-92 Desert Type Automatic is housed in a matte black ceramic case, measuring 42mm; It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 100 meters. Inside is the Swiss automatic Bell & Ross caliber 302 (base Sellita) with 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 38 hours.
The last timepiece from the collection is Bell & Ross BR S Desert Type Quartz; it is housed in in matte black ceramic case measuring 39mm. Inside is the the Swiss quartz Bell & Ross caliber 102. It comes on a beige calfskin leather strap with a black PVD buckle.
