Macaron maestro, Pierre Hermé (54), the man that Vogue called “the Picasso of Pastry”, has been crowned world’s best pastry chef by the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” classification. Born in Alsace, France, Hermé started his career at the age of the 14 and invented a totally original world of tastes, sensations and pleasures. Watch him speaking in the interview below.
