Meet the brand new McLaren Speedtail, the spiritual successor to the legendary McLaren F1 supercar of the 1990s. The Speedtail is about luxury as much as speed, it will be powered by a gas-electric hybrid powertrain that will produce a total of 1,035 hp, which will rocket from 0 to 186 mph in only 12.8 seconds, and a staggering top speed of 250mph (403km/h).
At the exterior the Speedtail has a distinctive teardrop shape, featuring a carbon-fiber bodywork designed to slice through the air with minimal effort, custom bespoke P-Zero-branded tires, and pop-out cameras with screens instead of traditional side mirrors.
At the interior Speedtail’s cabin exudes excellence and ultimate elegance, featuring an F1-inspired, central driver’s seat flanked by two slightly staggered passenger seats.
Priced at £1.75 million (approx. $2.45 million) only 106 Speetails will be made and each one has already been sold.
Sleek, isn’t it?
