French fashion house Louis Vuitton is venturing into the world of e-sports designing a custom trophy case for League of Legends’ coveted Summoner’s Cup. Inspired by the League of Legends universe, the bespoke trunk will feature traditional Louis Vuitton savoir-faire along with cutting-edge, high-tech elements.
“The League of Legends World Championship is not only the climax of the tournament: it’s where the world of sports and entertainment come together in celebration of new legends to be born,” Louis Vuitton Chairman and CEO Michael Burke said. “Louis Vuitton has long been associated with the world’s most coveted trophies, and here we are today, alongside the Summoner’s Cup. We are thrilled to be part of such an iconic event.” 
Additionally, the fashion powerhouse will debut unique champion skins for players’ characters, along with other League of Legend digital assets, all of which will be designed by Nicolas Ghesquière.
The ninth edition will begin in Oct. 2 in Berlin, culminating in the Summoner’s Cup Finals on Nov. 10 in Paris.
