Taking inspiration from the success of fellow luxury car manufacturers, Bugatti has revealed the designs for its first foray into residential real estate in the heart of Dubai. Developed in the Business Bay area of Dubai in partnership with Dubai-developer Binghatti, the 42-storey skyscraper will have 171 apartments, referred to by the developer as Riviera Mansions, and 11 penthouses entitled Sky Mansion Penthouses, each of them being absolutely unique with bespoke curated layouts.
Intended to celebrate the French Riviera, every residence will provide generous living spaces, ensuring ample room for comfortable living complemented by opulent amenities, including a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness club, chef’s table, private valet, private members club and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts.
“The two brands have integrated the distinctive flair of the French Riviera into every aspect of the development. Starting from the very moment of setting foot within the residences, a sense of exuberance takes hold, transporting residents to the inspiring region that has long captured the hearts of connoisseurs of refined living,” said Bugatti in the press release.
Other highlights of the tower include customized chauffeur and concierge services that exemplify luxury and attention to detail.
At the moment, Bugatti has not disclosed specific details regarding the launch date or pricing of the upcoming residences, but we’ll keep you updated. The companies are accepting inquiries for them now.
