Meet the Brabus Big Boy 1200: A New Standard in Luxury Motorhomes

Brabus Big Boy 1200

Renowned tuning company Brabus, celebrated for its customizations of Mercedes-Benz and Porsche vehicles, has ventured into the motorhome market with the launch of the Brabus Big Boy 1200. The impressive Big Boy 1200 resembles a matte-black mansion on wheels, featuring more than 30 square meters (323 square feet) of living space. It includes four sleeping berths, a generous lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom that puts those in other RVs to shame.

The space is loaded with high-end tech, including Starlink for seamless streaming and browsing in remote areas. Relax with a 4K TV across from the bed, or indulge in some gaming on the built-in PlayStation 5.

The interior features luxurious leather couches, complemented by glossy black wood and carbon fiber accents for a sporty Brabus vibe. The standout, however, is the opulent bathroom, lined with real granite and featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rainforest showerhead adjacent to the toilet area.

Under the hood, it packs a powerful 12.8-liter 6-cylinder turbo diesel engine delivering 530 hp and a staggering 2,600 Nm of torque, mated to an automatic transmission. The Big Boy 1200 boasts a 390-liter fuel tank, a 427-liter fresh water tank, and heated tanks for black and gray water.

While Brabus hasn’t officially announced a price, AutoEvolution reports it to be around $1.5 million; you can find more details and request pricing on the Brabus website.
