Italian fashion house Armani is expanding its residential presence in South Florida. Following its successful debut in Miami, Armani/Casa, Giorgio Armani’s interior design studio, is launching a new luxury development in Pompano Beach, a coastal city experiencing a boom in high-end waterfront condos.
“This new residential project, the third in the United States, is one of the most exclusive of those I have carried out to date. I found the integration between the architecture, the natural landscape and the ocean particularly inspiring, and I was excited about the possibility of working for a demanding clientele, being able to convey my vision with complete freedom,” said Giorgio Armani.
Teaming up with famous firm G3 Architecture, the Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach at 1550 N Ocean Boulevard will feature two 19-story towers with 28 full-floor homes. Local developers Vertical Developments, WellDuo, GCF Development, and SP Developments are also on board. As per the project’s fact sheet, the development will feature a pool deck with cabanas, a resort-style pool, a lap pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a spa, a meditation garden, a media room, and a business lounge.
Reservations for the project will open this fall, with prices starting at $5 million. Sales and marketing will be managed by Fortune Development Sales, with completion anticipated in 2028. Who’s ready to join the club?
