Riva has introduced the elegantly updated ‘Iseo Super’ motorboat, a 27-foot (8.24 m) runabout with a 2.5-meter beam, showcasing the brand’s signature design elements that define its iconic legacy. Building on Riva’s famed Iseo model, unveiled in 2011, the Iseo Super combines advanced technology and refined style, propelling the design forward.
As with all Riva models of the past 30 years, the new Iseo Super is designed by Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta, founders of Officina Italiana Design, the exclusive design partner for Riva yachts.
The new Iseo Super, like the El-Iseo, features a new hull color—Vulcan Grey—complemented by high-gloss mahogany finishes on the deck and stern platform, a classic hallmark of Riva’s style. Twenty-four layers of varnish are applied to the wood for a deep luster and long-lasting durability. The windscreen has been completely redesigned, now featuring the signature counter-curvature characteristic of Riva boats, giving the yacht a dynamic and spirited look.
The runabout’s cockpit dinette has been redesigned for more lounging space on the U-shaped sofa and features an electrically actuated table that can be stowed away when not in use.
The Riva Iseo Super is powered by a Volvo Penta D4-300A diesel engine, delivering 300 hp (221 kW) at 3,500 rpm. Paired with an Aquamatic DP-I duoprop sterndrive, it achieves a cruising speed of 33 knots and a top speed of 38 knots (preliminary figures). Two petrol engine options are available: a Volvo Penta V8 350 CE (355 hp) for a 36-knot cruise and 41-knot top speed, or a Volvo Penta V8 (305 hp) with Lake Constance compliance, reaching 33 knots cruising and 38 knots top speed (preliminary figures).
Pricing details have not been released, but further information can be requested on Riva’s website.
