Bowmore and Aston Martin unveil the second and final masterpiece in their prestigious ARC Series: Bowmore ARC-54. Encased in a bespoke handblown decanter, each piece echoes the sculpted, aerodynamic elegance of the Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar—an embodiment of artistry, innovation, and rarity.
Tropical mango and peach take over after the whisky’s opening notes of sweet vanilla, butterscotch, and buttery shortbread. Delicate floral notes follow a blend of salted caramel, lime, bergamot orange, green apple, and rich fruit sweetness on the palate. The distinctive “whispering” peat smoke from the distillery emerges, resulting in a powerful yet velvety finish with notes of sweetness, herbaceousness, and peat.
The debut expression, ARC-52, a 52-year-old single malt unveiled in 2022, was priced at $75,000. Its distinguished successor, ARC-54, now surpasses that, with an MSRP of £71,000—securing its place among the most coveted and prestigious 50-year-old Scotch whiskies to emerge from Scotland in recent years.

ARC-54 is limited to 130 examples worldwide and is now available at select Bowmore stockists. No woed on price but The Decandeter reports the limited-edition whisky will carry a £71,000 price tag.With only 130 bottles available globally, ARC-54 is now offered at select Bowmore stockists. While the official price hasn’t been disclosed, The Decanter reports that this limited-edition whisky is expected to cost £71,000 (around $90,000 USD).
