Italian luxury fashion house Missoni has partnered with Century Properties to unveil renderings for its first residential project: the 52-story Acqua Livingstone in Manila, Philippines.
“Living in a MISSONIHOME-designed address is a rare lifestyle experience. For the first time, it will be possible at Acqua Livingstone,” said Project Head and Century Managing Director Marco Antonio, who highlighted the tower’s design features: bold colors and energetic forms in the lobbies, hallways, and elevators, complemented by striking furniture. The multi-level amenity area called The Canopy, located at the building’s skydeck, represents the pinnacle of MISSONIHOME’s design vision.
The Canopy’s lower level will feature function rooms, a business center, indoor and outdoor gyms, Jacuzzi, library, and spa. The upper level is a social space dedicated to interaction and entertainment, with an amphitheatre, lounge, DJ booth, dance floor, pool with swim-up bar, and barbecue facilities. An organic wire-mesh tree winds its way through both levels, connecting to the mezzanine floor, where residents can enjoy panoramic views or dine in the open-air dining area.
With floating lights, patterned surfaces, and Missoni shapes and forms guiding the landscape, The Canopy provides an authentic Missoni lifestyle experience—a blend of art and function that redefines luxury condo living.
The project is the fourth tower of six in the $315.9 million Acqua Private Residences development by Century Properties Group in Manila. For more information, visit the Acqua Livingstone website. *Update: The original link is no longer active.
