Prada presents the latest installment of its visionary Real Fantasies series for Fall/Winter 2012. The campaign envisions a world where “the future of fashion is projected as a retrofitted past.” Immersed in a dystopian realm of jagged geometries and advanced machinery, genetically perfected clones navigate digital colonies. Every frame captures an antiquated landscape populated by characters entangled in complex, perhaps deviant, power dynamics.
Behind the Vision: Directed by AMO’s Ippolito Pestellini Laparelli and Fausto Fantinuoli, with artwork by Jeroen Koolhaas and Lok Jansen. The visual narrative was crafted through photography by Phil Meech and filming by APRIL’s Matteo Frittelli and Gabrio Bellotti, featuring editing and visual effects by APRIL, and an original score by Frédéric Sanchez.
