Swiss manufacturer Maurice Lacroix has started unveiling details about their upcoming Baselworld 2014 timepieces. This stunning watch seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with sporty design elements, featuring a 48mm case available in stainless steel or sleek black PVD-coated steel. The dial is elegantly black, accentuated with vibrant red or striking yellow highlights (introducing yellow as a new color option for the Pontos S line).
Beneath the surface, the watch is powered by the Swiss automatic movement Maurice Lacroix caliber ML140 (a personalized ETA Valgranges movement), boasting 25 jewels, a high-frequency rate of 28,800 vph, and an impressive power reserve of 46 hours. This timepiece is not only stylish but also practical, with a water resistance of up to 200 meters and a robust domed AR-coated sapphire crystal.
The novelty is further enhanced by a laser-decorated calf leather strap featuring rubberized leather components and complemented by matching yellow or red stitching. To complete the look, the watch is equipped with a stainless steel buckle that harmonizes with the case finish.
