US bicycle manufacturer Specialized is continuing its partnership with McLaren to develop a limited-edition S-Works McLaren Tarmac bike. Created by McLaren using high-tech data simulations that tested the limits of the bike before it even went into production, the bike features a frame and fork made from a unique carbon compound that makes it 10 percent lighter than the standard S-Works Tarmac bike. With only 250 bikes worldwide, the bike carries an astronomical estimated price tag of $20,000, with each coming with a pair of custom-made S-Works Road Shoes and an S-Works Prevail Helmet, both painted to match the bike.
