Deus Ex Machina has been building custom bikes for years, and the Pegasus might be their wildest project yet. The Australian shop drew inspiration from a customer’s ’69 Camaro and a pair of CBR1000 track-only Fireblades, then grafted that energy onto a hardtail Kawasaki W650. The stance comes from a 21 inch front wheel paired with a 17 inch rear, both laced in stainless with rims and hubs powder coated in fluorescent orange.
The details pile up from there. A customised Yamaha SR400 fuel tank sits up top, fed by a custom battery box and air box eliminator kit. Verona electronic speedo keeps tabs on speed, while the ceramic coated white muffler system and LED warning lights finish the mechanical end. Custom fenders and seating wrap the whole thing together.
The result is pure Deus. Part street tracker, part art piece, and guaranteed to start conversations wherever it parks. What do you think of this build? Yay or nay?
