Bang & Olufsen’s B&O PLAY sub‑brand has added the BeoPlay H2, an ultra‑flexible on‑ear headphone built first and foremost for people who care about how music feels, not just how it sounds. Designed by Jakob Wagner, the Danish industrial designer behind the BeoPlay H6 and H3, the H2 pairs a lightweight composite frame with rugged textiles and genuine lambskin ear pads for a fit that’s meant to last all day.
Sound comes from custom 40 mm neodymium drivers paired with a bass port in each earcup, tuned for a full, rich performance rather than exaggerated lows. An inline three‑button remote and microphone sit close to the cheek, letting you control tracks and take calls with a single touch. The earcups fold flat and the headband flexes, so the H2 can be worn around the neck when you’re not listening without digging in.
The BeoPlay H2 is offered in three colourways.. Silver Cloud, Feldspar Green and Carbon Blue, and is priced at $199. Online sales begin in early December, positioning the H2 as a design‑forward, premium option for anyone who wants Bang & Olufsen sound without the bulk of over‑ear cans.
