The Chinese year of the goat begins on February 19, 2015. Swiss watchmakers Vacheron Constantin unveiled a fresh tribute in the ongoing saga of the Métiers d’Art collection, inspired by the Chinese Zodiac – Year of the Goat Timepiece. Available in a choice of platinum or pink gold, the Year of the Goat timepiece, is endowed with that unique touch of soul possessed by watches bearing the Hallmark of Geneva. The goat is delicately applied to the centre of the dial, exuding a sense of calm and serenity through the sapphire crystal.
The watch is powered by Calibre 2460 G4 Mechanical, self-winding, with 27 jewels and a power reserve of 40 hours.
The novelty is completed by a Dark blue / Brown Mississippiensis alligator leather, hand stitched, saddle-finish, large square scales.
